We currently only dispatch orders to the United Kingdom. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our international customers, and we hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Once you have successfully placed an order, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Our team will carefully pick and pack your items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Shipping Method:
We offer standard delivery service for all orders, which typically takes between 3 to 5 business days. While we understand the importance of receiving your order as quickly as possible, please note that we do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Shipping Charges:
For standard delivery within the United Kingdom, we charge a flat shipping fee. The exact charge will be displayed during the checkout process, and it may vary depending on the total weight and size of your order. Please ensure you review the shipping charges before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking:
We provide order tracking information for all qualifying shipments,lower value packages maybe sent with Royal Mail untracked.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number (if supplied0 and instructions on how to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to make any changes to the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Undeliverable Packages:
In some cases, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. This can occur due to incorrect address information, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to verify the correct address and arrange for a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
