In the event that the goods are not returned to us, or if the costs of delivery are not covered by you, we reserve the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the refund owed to you.

Section 10- Delivery of goods to you

  • Big Deal Toys will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you provide for delivery at the time you make your order. Should you be unavailable to take delivery, you agree to the delivery being made to a close neighbour or to a safe place (such as a porch, shed, or other similar location). Should you supply the incorrect address details we are not liable for loss.

  • Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.

  • You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to you. After delivery, the goods will be held at your own risk, and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

  • Goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination and must be paid by the recipient.

  • To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, Big Deal Toys reserves the right to advise couriers to deliver to a neighbour's house if you are unavailable. When a signature for delivery is obtained, we will not be liable for the loss or destructio n of the goods.

  • You have 5 working days to inform us of non-delivery after the expected delivery date as detailed in your confirmation email.
